However I do not want to have to add the category page ID’s into the code as I will be adding and removing categories on a regular basis.

Basically I need a bit of code that states look at the grandchild pages of the shop page (shop page ID=12) and get their information.

The reason for this is I want to display the name and an image of the 4 latest products on the homepage. Each of which will be wrapped in their own permalink. I do not want new catagory pages to show in this, only their child pages.
